Finance Analyst (FP&A Analyst)

Sodexo currently have a requirement for a Finance Analyst (FP&A Analyst) to join the central Finance team working out of offices in Salford. FP&A support in the reporting of UK&I financials ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables for all phases of the reporting process (actuals, forecast, budget, restatement) to group. You will business partner with FC/FD’s/Head of Finance of segments/Service Operations/to understand financial performance within their respective areas. You will ensure Operational segment/KPI webforms for respective segments are correct in HFM and analysis of system to system checks. Co-ordination and analysis of segment packs and challenging the norms where inconsistencies in data appear. Assist in FP&A adhoc queries that may come from group and senior management and produce analysis of quarterly/half-yearly/annually notes processes.
This role would suit a strong technical accountant who has solid experience of financial analysis and the ability to challenge the segments on their numbers. You would need excellent stakeholder skills as this role links into senior management on a daily basis. In return the role offers a very competitive salary and annual bonus.
