We are looking for a talented and driven Commercial Finance Manager to support our operations across Preston North End, Blackburn Rovers and Lancashire County Cricket Club. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of sport, entertainment and hospitality while shaping commercial performance for some of the region’s most high-profile venues.
As Commercial Finance Manager, you’ll be a key business partner — ensuring robust financial control, insightful reporting and proactive commercial support to help drive profitability and performance.

What You'll Do:
Oversee finance operations across multiple sites, ensuring results are reported accurately and on time.
Partner with General Managers and operational teams to analyse performance, highlight opportunities, and challenge overspends.
Support monthly results, budgets, forecasts and KPI reporting to both Sodexo Live! leadership and clients.
Ensure strong financial controls across all event operations, including matchdays and live events.
Provide insightful analysis to improve cost management, revenue capture and contract efficiency.
Build strong working relationships with clients, operational teams and the wider Sodexo finance community.
Act as a key point of contact for external reporting, delivering timely, accurate and professional outputs

What You Bring:
Studying towards a professional accountancy qualification (or qualified by experience).
Strong Excel and variance analysis skills.
Experience in management accounts, budgets and forecasts (desirable).
Experience with large financial systems such as SAP / Eprophit (desirable).
Knowledge of contract catering or high-volume retail environments (preferred).
Confident working with both senior stakeholders and operational teams.
Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and attention to detail.
A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to challenge and support.
