Here at Sodexo Live! we are looking for a commercially minded, detail-focused Commercial Finance Manager to join our team at Headingley Stadium – one of the most recognised multi-purpose sports venues in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Sodexo Live!, supporting operations across matchdays, events, and hospitality.
As a key member of our finance function, you’ll work alongside the Regional Commercial Finance Manager and the Head of Operations to deliver accurate financial reporting, develop insightful analysis, and support commercial decision-making. You’ll be embedded in the heart of the action – from daily financial controls to monthly results and forecasting.

What You'll Do:
Oversee all financial activities on-site and ensure timely, accurate reporting to internal teams and the client.
Provide strategic support to operations, offering analysis and recommendations to improve performance.
Manage event and matchday financial control processes, including revenue, stock, and labour.
Prepare and present financial reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and KPI-setting process.
Work with operational teams to track costs, maximise profitability, and maintain strong working capital control.
Maintain robust financial governance in line with Sodexo policies and internal audit standards.
Build relationships with key contacts across Sodexo, SBS, and client teams.

What You Bring:
A background in finance, with a relevant qualification (studying towards, or qualified by experience).
Strong Excel skills with an ability to analyse financial data and explain variances.
Experience in producing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
Excellent communication skills – confident working with both senior management and on-the-ground teams.
A proactive attitude with the ability to challenge, support and influence decision-making.
Experience in high-volume or multi-service environments (desirable).
Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Eprophit, or similar platforms (advantageous).
