Facilities Team Lead
Job Introduction
Responsible for the condition of the assets, infrastructure, and fabric of the built environment in both GMP and Non GMP locations at site
Ensure that all planned maintenance requirements are set up in the Computerized Maintenance Management System
Work hand in hand with Helpdesk and CMMS planner to optimize service delivery
Formal documented meetings with sub- contractors on an agreed frequency to review performance
Responsible for the day-to-day operational compliance of the maintenance team, allocation of corrective and reactive tasks in conjunction with Helpdesk Team
Ensure Risk Assessments & Method Statements are up to date and that all staff are trained.
Generate quotations and purchase orders for planned and reactive work and maintain tracker for ad hoc costs
POC for the client for all BFM activities in your buildings
Advocate and develop a positive health and safety environment onsite
Manage all accidents and unsafe conditions/incidents and advise the remedial action to be taken to prevent a reoccurrence.
Communicate in a timely manner
Manage and report on site safety metrics Good Saves, Incidents for the team
Perform safety walks with team members
Generating permits, countersigning permits, oversight of workmanship from staff and sub-contractors
Generate weekly/monthly dashboard reports for the areas under your remit
Maintain training records in line with site ITP and PLS systems for you and your team
Prepare and report annually on training requirements and refresher programs for your direct reports to ensure funding is set aside
Assist in the timely response to audit recommendations, following discussions with stakeholders
Continuously review operations to remove NVA activities
Organize monthly staff meetings and capture meeting minutes/actions
Carry out annual personal performance reviews with your direct reports ensure all staff have SMART goals and objectives
There is an on-call Rota, the role requires your participation in that Rota. On occasion that may require (paid) attendance to site outside of regular hours.

Role Responsibility
Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is desirable, however training will be given

The Ideal Candidate
Engineering / Facilities Qualification to level 7 or above
Experience in similar role
Experience preferably in a multinational corporate environment
Demonstrated people and organizational leadership skills
Fluent English (oral and written)
Package Description
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (Fri 4.30pm)
39 hours per week
Depending on experience, up to €50,000 + Benefits
