Facilities Support 

Dublin - Full time

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities Support specialist. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across our facilities, using your technical, analytical, and communication skills to contribute to high service standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general facilities support, ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently.

• Use Microsoft Excel and other packages for reporting and analysis.

• Maintain high accuracy in data entry and documentation.

• Identify and propose suitable solutions for operational challenges.

• Learn from experience and continuously improve work standards.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Strong skills in reporting and data analysis.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.

• Numerical aptitude and analytical mindset.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Openness to new approaches and continuous improvement.
