Facilities Supervisor – Soft Services
Location: Maturation Site, Alloa
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time
Working Hours: 26 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate: £13.58
Working Pattern:
Monday to Wednesday: 8:00am – 3:30pm
Thursday: 8:00am – 11:00am
Friday: 8:00am – 10:00am
(Additional overtime available)
We’re looking for a Facilities Supervisor – Soft Services to join our team at Diageo Maturation in Alloa. You’ll support the General Services Manager in supervising soft services across five accounts, ensuring high standards of service delivery and compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership, support a great team, and work in a dynamic site-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the GSM with the day-to-day supervision of cleaning, waste management, and other soft service teams
Ensure service delivery is compliant with contractual and legal requirements
Oversee rotas, conduct staff briefings, and support with training and performance management
Maintain excellent communication with both Sodexo colleagues and the client team
Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to across all activities
Provide cover across five local accounts as required
What You’ll Bring:
Experience in a facilities or soft services supervisory role
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Ability to work independently across multiple sites
A full UK driving licence (essential)
Minimum age of 25 due to vehicle insurance requirements
Willingness to complete RTW and CT-PAT pre-employment checks
Role Specifics:
Site-based at Maturation Alloa
