What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the evening cleaning operation across all site areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene, health, safety, and compliance with statutory and company regulations.
  • Manage cleaning materials, stock security, and equipment maintenance, including repairs, safe storage, and ensuring all items are in safe working order.
  • Conduct weekly cleaning audits, support staff development through training, and maintain regular communication with the manager and cleaning team.
  • Ensure correct use of company and client systems, uphold professional appearance and personal hygiene standards, and handle customer feedback appropriately.
  • Attend staff meetings, collaborate with the Evening Cleaning Supervisor, and respond to reasonable operational requests to support smooth contract deliver

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in cleaning and working effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, coach, and support others.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers, clients, and colleagues at all levels.
