Deployment & Delivery Manager (12-Month FTC)

As a Deployment & Delivery Manager at Sodexo, you will work in partnership with the Head of Learning, Performance, and Change and direct Learning & Development team to develop and embed a Zero Harm Mindset across Sodexo UK & Ireland to ensure that all colleagues can act with purpose and thrive in their own way.

You will recognise the L&D demands of the UK & I region and be accountable for the forecasting & planning of central learning activity to ensure that all employees at all levels have access to the material and communications needed to enable them to reach their full potential and complete any mandatory or regulatory requirements. You will manage a team of facilitators to deliver the Zero Harm Mindset training within the 12 months assigned for the project.

About the role
-  Manage the delivery of the central Zero Harm Mindset programme to the required standards incorporating everything learned during the Zero Harm Mindset train the trainer programme
-  Pass the relevant train the trainer programme to be able to deliver the regional training
-  Have a clear understanding of the Zero Harm Mindset demand for the UK&I region through collaboration with the Senior Business partners and use this to forecast the central L&D delivery plan for the 12 months of the programme
-  Capture and maintain appropriate records of learner development and resource allocation to allow tracking and evidence of training
-  Use and work with multiple learning technologies, including e-learning, blended programmes, virtual classrooms, and social learning and be able to use Klaxoon and Teams for delivery
-  Work autonomously and be able to manage a small team
-  Liaising with partners (e.g., Sodexo group, Learning and Development professional family course and developing peer networks to fulfill the skills needs where appropriate and keep delivery current and accurate
-  Ensure the learning environments and resources support learner needs including group management and individual delegate support
-  Evaluating the effectiveness of learning programmes and learning outcomes to evidence success factors and address shortfalls
-  Maintaining appropriate records of learner development and resource allocation to allow tracking and evidence of training
-  Ability to be a key and lead member of the project group to lead the implementation of the new learning intervention, Zero Harm Mindset

About you
You will be an expert in presenting and facilitating – both virtually and in person – and possess exceptional coaching skills to coach and mentor other trainers to build their competence. You will have a passion for a Zero Harm Day, plus knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and behaviour safety are required due the topic of this project.

Experience of working with a variety of Managers in a complex large-scale environment is advantageous, coupled with the ability to interact with stakeholders of all levels to fuel their learning and understanding of this topic.
