HR Programme Manager
Job Introduction
Are you an experienced programme leader ready to drive large-scale, transformational programmes? Sodexo is seeking an accomplished Programme Manager to join our HR Projects team, leading the end-to-end delivery of key initiatives which will shape the way deliver our payroll methodology and manage our workforce management tools.
In this high-profile role, you’ll shape strategy, lead cross-functional teams, manage senior stakeholders at regional and global levels, and ensure delivery excellence—all while championing change and business improvement.
This position is offered on a permanent basis and is home-based with occasional travel.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle programme management of high-impact HR/payroll initiatives.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring accountability, risk mitigation, and milestone delivery.
- Collaborate with SMEs and external suppliers to design and implement the right-fit solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and change leader, working alongside senior stakeholders and sponsors.
- Embed change management principles and communications strategies to ensure adoption and success.
- Own and report on programme budget, resources, business cases and ROI metrics.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record in HR or OD project/programme management in complex, matrixed organisations.
- Deep knowledge of project and change management, business process improvement, and HR systems.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal influencing skills.
- Degree-level education (or equivalent experience) with a recognised project management qualification.
- Highly organised, self-starting, and solutions-focused with strong documentation and governance discipline.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and comfortable leading multi-party supplier engagements.
