Provide administrative and operational support to Prisoner Offender Managers (POMs) and Offender Management Unit (OMU) Leads across Case Management and Public Protection functions.
Respond to information requests from the Director, Deputy Director, Senior Leadership Team, and the Controllers Team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Complete sentence calculations at both Basic and Advanced levels, including management checks once fully qualified. Full HMPPS-accredited training is provided, supported by a dedicated mentor and buddy throughout your learning journey.
Participate in the team rota to ensure Custody Team coverage from 08:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, and remain flexible to support occasional evening or weekend work as required.
