Costa Supervisor (Maestro)

Job Introduction

As a Costa Barista Supervisor at Sodexo in Doncaster Royal Infirmary, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will lead team members engaged in facilities operations, and ensure a safe working environment and productivity among your team. Join Sodexo and be part of something greater. What you’ll do: 

• Lead and coordinate activities of maintenance workers or service employees   
• Perform regular Barista duties and be a valued member of the team when needed, this includes  preparing and serving fresh, hot beverages from our Costa outlet 
• Monitor employee productivity and provides suggestions for increased service or productivity 
• Coordinate routine responsibilities and assign specific work or functional activities 
• Responsible for orientation and training of employees   
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution 

What you bring: 

• Previous supervisory experience  
• Barista experience 
• Positive attitude and the ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professional and respect  
• Provide clear directions and respond accordingly to employees  
• Willingness to be open to learning and growing

The Ideal Candidate

Package Description

• 37.5 hours per week
• Working shift pattern: 5 days in 7.
• Rate of pay: £11.00 per hour
• 25% Costa discount
