Corporate Receptionist

Job Introduction

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Reception Services Co-Ordinator to join the Front of House Team at GSK House.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact to visitors and callers to the site; providing a high level of customer service using initiative and excellent communication skills

Role Responsibility

  • ·       To provide an excellent reception service, ensuring all customers are attended to in an appropriate manner

    ·       To answer and manage internal and external calls received, resolving customer queries effectively and efficiently in a courteous manner

    ·       Providing an efficient and timely service ensuring discretion and confidentiality always

    ·       Ensuring all visitors are registered and processed using the visitor management system

    ·       Use active listening and questioning techniques when in direct contact with customers, always keeping them your number one priority

    ·       To check and ensure all the facilities in the area (Visitors Lounge, Well Being Centre and Breakout areas) are clean, tidy and ready for customers

    ·       To ensure the conference rooms are neat and tidy for all the meetings within the Conference Centre.

    ·       To monitor any “No Shows” in the Conference Centre area and act according to procedure.

    ·       To report any equipment faults, maintenance requests etc. using the Service Now  system.

    ·       To promote GSK and Sodexo acting as an ambassador when carrying out all duties.

     

The Ideal Candidate

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service both face to face and over the telephone
  • Right to work in the UK without restriction
  • Ability to liaise with people at a Senior Level
