Job Description:

Are you a skilled and motivated leader with a passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional service? Sodexo is seeking a proactive and experienced Cook Supervisor to join our team and oversee the day-to-day catering operations at our Transport for London site at High Barnet Tube Station.

What you’ll do:

Lead and supervise the on-site catering team, ensuring top-notch food production and customer service.
Manage weekly and monthly reporting, including payroll and trading returns.
Maintain strict food safety and health & safety standards.
Monitor and control food, labour, and operational costs.
Conduct daily pre-service briefings and ensure effective team communication.
Manage stock control, ordering, and compliance with company cash handling procedures.
Support team training and development, rota management, and holiday planning.

What you bring:

Level 3 Food Safety and IOSH/Managing Safely qualifications.
Proven experience in a leadership role within catering or food services.
Strong people management and communication skills.
Sound understanding of budget management, portion control, and cost analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant catering software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
