Cleaning Supervisor

We have a talented team of cleaners who are vital to making sure that we provide a high-quality cleaning service across the whole operation, we currently have a vacancy for a Cleaning Supervisor to join us!

You will be responsible for managing your workload and that of your team, with a focus on ensuring the cleaning schedule is completed to our high standards. You’ll support the team with training as required, auditing of buildings and working to drive improvements across the cleaning department.

This is a great opportunity to support our Armed Forces and improve the quality of their daily life, as the site is not only their workplace but also a home to many of them.

A few things about you  

It’s important to have a positive, approachable attitude as this is a customer facing role with supervisory responsibility. You will need to have strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate great teamwork. 
You must be able to follow instructions and have great computer skills (mainly the Microsoft packages; Word, Excel, Outlook).   

You must have experience working in a similar industry and have previous experience supervising a team.  

Sodexo embeds a strong Safety culture in everything we do. There will be company procedures to follow alongside our Health & Safety practises so it is vital that you will champion this.  

You will need to be a keen learner, as you will have continuous training opportunities throughout your career.  

Site security clearance is required for this role.  

Package Description

  • 40 hours a week 
  • Overtime available 
  • £10.00 per hour !
  • 5 days out of 7 covering 07:30- 16:30 and 11:00- 19:30 
  • Permanent vacancy, with many career development opportunities

  • Full PPE & uniform provided

  • Minibus transport to and from site for staff who do not have access to vehicle
