Job Introduction
As a Chef at Sodexo in RAF Benson in Wallingford, you're ambitious about culinary excellence.. and we understand the true strength it takes to be a chef! What you’ll do:
- Assistance with running service/preparation/other duties of the busy working kitchen
- Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
- Working with the FOH team to drive the service excellence
- Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
- Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard
What you bring:
- NVQ lv 2/3 or a busy kitchen environment experience
- Basic IT skills
- Experience in menu production and confident input
- Exposure to bulk cooking
- The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills

Package Description
- 40 hours per week (flexibility with working hours would be considered)
