Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional catering services, adhering to Sodexo's Modern Recipe standards and KPIs, while ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the catering team, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance with Sodexo policies and procedures.
  • Identify and implement strategies for sales growth and customer satisfaction, both within the contract and in the external market.
  • Ensure accurate financial management and adherence to budgetary constraints, including cost control and efficient resource allocation.
  • Uphold Sodexo's high standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure the maintenance and safe operation of all kitchen equipment.
  • Engage in continuous professional development, staff training, and maintain a positive, professional image of the Sodexo team.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a kitchen team within a dynamic catering environment.
  • Strong understanding of the catering industry, with a keen eye for external developments and innovations in food and service.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver financial targets.
  • Commitment to upholding and driving Sodexo's initiatives, with a focus on quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Passion for food and innovation, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, capable of inspiring a team towards excellence.
  • Relevant qualifications in culinary arts, health & safety, and a solid background in a compliance-driven environment.
