Catering Supervisor
Job Introduction
As a Patient Catering Supervisor at Sodexo in Royal Stoke University Hospital, you will be responsible for overseeing all service aspects of our catering operations and will need to be an excellent leader who can motivate a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You will require excellent communication and organisational skills as well as strong attention to detail. What you’ll do:
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Coordinate with planners to ensure all catering needs are met
- Set-up and breakdown events, ensuring equipment and supplies are accounted for
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve and issues raised
- You will ensure that Health and Safety regulations (such as Food safety, Allergen awareness, COSHH and HACCP regulations) are always adhered to.
What you bring:
- Previous experience in a supervisor position
- Highly professional manner and understanding that honesty and ethics are essential
- Cheerful outlook and ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect
- Computer literacy / Administration skills
- A willingness to learn

We are looking for a Patient Catering Supervisor to join the fantastic team at Royal Stoke University Hospital.
- Hours: 37.5 per week
- Rolling rota 4 on 4 off
- Rate of pay: £11.58 per hour
