Catering Manager

Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for a Catering Manager with a great passion for food and modern recipe to join an innovative team.  As a Catering Manager you will manage the restaurant, vending, coffee shop and app delivering in the business. You will also need to be a great ambassador of the catering team in Sodexo with proven experience building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationship.

To be successful in this role you will need experience running and managing a team in a high-end corporate catering environment.

 

Role Responsibility

  • Provide catering service to company standard within scope of the contract.
  • To provide innovations and new ideas to ensure customer and client retention.
  • To ensure services are provided on time and within contract specification.
  • Be responsible for fair scheduling of work within the team and managing direct reports time keeping breaks and behaviours as per company policies.
  • Comply with all Company and Client policies and procedures, statutory regulations relating to your work place, this will include but not limited to fire; health and safety; hygiene; working safely; CoSHH.

Package Description

Salary £28,000 - £30,000

Working Pattern – 7am to 4pm but flexibility is expected
