Sodexo is seeking a Catering Manager to oversee our catering services at Johnson and Johnson in Limerick. What you’ll do:
Manage and control the catering services, ensuring adherence to agreed specifications, qualitative and financial targets.
Oversee the daily catering and hospitality services, ensuring the provision of quality, fresh food, and high standards of service delivery.
Develop and maintain strong relationships within the company and with the client organization.
Manage the financial performance of the unit, maintaining costs within budgeted targets and identifying business growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with Sodexo's and the client's health and safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Lead, manage, and develop the catering team, promoting a culture of excellence and engagement.
What you bring:
Demonstrated experience in operational management within catering and hospitality.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and develop teams.
Proficient in financial management, with the capability to manage budgets and optimize costs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building positive relationships with clients and team members.
Relevant qualifications in health and safety and food hygiene (CIEH & IOSH preferred).
Desirable: Two to three years of leadership and supervisory experience in a similar role.
