Sodexo is thrilled to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Campus Services Lead at the Stevenage Campus.

In this dynamic role, you’ll lead our campus services, ensuring outstanding customer experiences while upholding Sodexo's high standards.

You’ll manage all services across campus spaces, constantly seeking ways to innovate and improve. Supporting the Senior Operations Manager, you’ll motivate and direct operational teams, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment.

About You 

Experience and knowledge requirement for this role: 

Recognized Health and Safety qualification.
Experience in managing and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong business administration and operations skills.
Proven experience in facilities management.
Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in customer service.
