Job Introduction

As Business Manager at Sodexo, you are more than a manager; you are a facilitator of excellence and an ambassador of service. This key role is about ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of catering & hospitality services, while also overseeing the management of security and fitness services to meet and exceed the agreed service levels, both qualitatively and financially. What you’ll do:

Lead the catering team to ensure all food services meet Sodexo and client standards.
Enforce and maintain health, safety, and food safety compliance across all services.
Drive margin improvement through effective menu planning and cost control.
Enhance customer experience by ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Plan and implement marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the highest levels of service and safety.
Manage and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of high performance and engagement.

What you bring:

A solid background in catering with over 5 years of managerial experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including COSHH and HACCP principles.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients and customers.
Qualifications such as IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, or willingness to undertake necessary training.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
