Bid Administrator

Job Introduction

A high profile role working within out Justice Services division, providing administrative support to the Bid team.  

Role Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including co-ordinating meetings, diary management, minute taking and report collation.
  • Complete and manage the submission of PQQ responses, updating  and maintaining the PQQ knowledge base and relevant material on an IT database
  • Assist the project co-ordinator in the layout, formatting and compiling of bid submission documents
  • Work with the Programme Manager to produce project reports, plans and a central IT filing system.
  • Administer and maintain the Sodexo CRM system 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritise and schedule work within a flexible approach to working patterns. 
  • Organised and methodical with excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines

 

Desirable

  • Good interpersonal skills, influence and impact, working with others
  • Knowledge of MS Project and project management
  • Good organisational skills with ability to use own initiative 

Package Description

£28,000 to £32,000 plus pension and benefits
