Job Introduction

We’re looking for a Back of House Manager to be the driving force behind our operations at ACC Liverpool, ensuring every plate, every piece of equipment, and every space behind the scenes runs flawlessly.

As Back of House Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a dynamic team responsible for the heartbeat of our kitchen and event operations. You’ll make sure everything runs smoothly — from maintaining pristine cleanliness to keeping stock organised, equipment maintained, and standards sky-high.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver consistent operational excellence across all BOH areas
  • Lead, train, and motivate your team to perform with pride and precision
  • Manage stock control, storage, and monthly inventory reporting
  • Ensure all areas meet the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance
  • Oversee event setup and logistics, ensuring every detail is in place
  • Support recruitment, induction, and training to build an engaged, high-performing team
  • Drive safety, efficiency, and sustainability across all BOH operations

What You Bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality, events, or catering operations
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to motivate and develop others
  • Knowledge of health, safety, food hygiene, and COSHH regulations
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including events and weekend
