Accommodation Administrator FTC

Job Introduction

As an Accommodation Administrator ​ working at RAF Benson in Wallingford, you'll provide efficient administration to support the site. You're the one with the skills to ensure behind the scenes of facilities run like clockwork and ensure your managers feel supported. Join Sodexo and be part of something greater. What you’ll do: 

  • Booking, preparing & checking meeting rooms
  • Being the first face, many will see, you’ll be an important role model when it comes to what great customer service will look like
  • Connect visitors and customers with the appropriate party while following all visitor management processes    
  • Ensure delivery of 5-star customer service 
  • Support with induction management, work-place support, hospitality, and meeting room connectivity
  • Communicate politely, always creating a memorable experience for our customers and visitors.
  • Be flexible and support the team with any projects or tasks they require
  • Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and/or digital form.
  • Other duties may be requested depending on support needed at that specific time (such as month ending paperwork/compliance)

What you bring:  

  • Excellent team ethos and superb inter-communication skills, you'll be a key people person on site.   
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure    
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus! But if you feel you can adapt to new roles quickly and have computer skills, then we would still love to hear from you!
  • Desire to grow and progress your career if you are interested

Package Description

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Maternity cover (fixed term contract until January)
  • Monday to Friday
  • £11.94 per hour
  • Car parking on site
