Audio Visual & Logistics Administrator

Job Introduction

Sodexo is seeking a diligent Audio Visual & Logistics Administrator to join our team at Lilly Kinsale, Dunderrow, Cork. This role is integral to the seamless operation of our services on-site, providing vital administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of our audio-visual and meeting room facilities. What you’ll do:
Provide administrative support, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of Sodexo Services across the site.
Set up and maintain meeting rooms and town halls, offering AV support for meetings and addressing reactive issues promptly.
Review AV quarterly reports, liaising with various teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and maintain meticulous records.
Offer a warm welcome to guests, contributing to a hospitable and professional environment.
Assist the General Services Manager and Hard & Soft Services Managers with administrative tasks, maintaining robust filing systems and data management.
Support in the management of regulatory documents, ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely receipt and filing of reports and actions.

What you bring:
Teamwork skills with a flexible approach and strong communication abilities.
Self-motivation and an exceptional understanding of customer care.
Proficiency in IT, with strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A full Irish driver's license, with a minimum of two years of holding.
Desirable: Excellent note-taking skills and previous experience in a similar role.
