As a Helpdesk Team Lead at Sodexo Portlaoise, you are also a supportive leader and efficient operations manager. In this role, you will lead and support the PPP helpdesk teams across all contracts, ensuring seamless communication and adherence to contractual obligations. What you’ll do:
- Lead and support the administration of helpdesk personnel for PPP contracts.
- Develop positive relationships with clients and external contractors.
- Produce monthly reports accurately and within specified timeframes.
- Monitor operational deadlines and ensure successful completion.
- Maintain and update annual lifecycle plans and costings.
- Resolve issues by collaborating with relevant management and site FM teams.
- Ensure adherence to safe work systems and Sodexo's policies and procedures.
- Develop knowledge of in-house management systems.
What you bring:
- Good understanding of contract administration and financial acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a customer-focused environment with attention to detail and pace.
