Lead a High-Profile IFM Environment
This is not a standard Facilities Management role. Avery Hill offers a unique campus environment, combining modern teaching facilities with expansive green spaces and a strong community feel.
This role provides the opportunity to lead within a dynamic and evolving campus, offering variety, autonomy and a clear pathway into senior IFM leadership within a large multi-campus contract.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Facilities Operations and Workplace Experience, you will take ownership of operational delivery, performance and client relationships.
You will be responsible for delivering Hard FM and integrated services - Team size: approx. 85
This role combines operational leadership, technical oversight and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of Hard FM / IFM services across the estate
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and SLAs
- Drive performance against KPIs and minimise risk
- Lead and develop operational teams
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
- Support financial performance and budget control
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in IFM / Hard FM environments
- Strong technical knowledge (M&E / compliance)
- Experience managing teams and performance
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Data-driven and solutions-focused mindset
