You’ll be working alongside a strong, experienced team including:
- Executive Chef and Head Chef leadership
- 2 x CDPs
- Front of House team (led by you)
- Kitchen Porters and wider support team
This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join the team and truly make their mark.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and motivate the Front of House team to deliver consistently excellent service
- Support day-to-day catering operations and hospitality events
- Work closely with the Manager and Executive Chef to ensure smooth service
- Manage rotas, staffing levels, and support recruitment and training
- Oversee stock control and ordering
- Ensure all equipment and service areas are fully prepared
- Act as Allergen Champion and uphold food safety standards
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene
- Monitor health and safety compliance and respond to incidents
- Drive improvements through customer feedback
- Step in to support service where needed
What you’ll bring
- Experience in a hospitality or catering supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Experience with stock control and customer service
- A keen eye for detail and high standards
- Level 2 or above Food Hygiene qualification

Additional information
This is a role designed around balance. While you’ll occasionally support evening or weekend school events, these are always scheduled in advance, so you can plan your time with confidence.
This role will require background checks, including DBS or Disclosure Scotland.
