What You Will Do
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of hospitality events, conferences, functions, sports teas, and match teas to the highest standard.
- Deliver exceptional five-star customer service and create memorable experiences for guests, clients, and stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are understood and exceeded.
- Manage event logistics, resources, stock, and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Lead, coach, and motivate hospitality teams, promoting excellent service standards and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, safeguarding, and operational procedures at all times.

- Strong hospitality and event management experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality events.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to develop, inspire, and support high-performing teams.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring flawless event execution.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Strong commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
