Hospitality Experience Manager

Surrey, KT18 5UX

Create experiences people remember.

This isn't your typical hospitality management role.

As our Hospitality Experience Manager, you'll be the face of hospitality within a prestigious corporate environment, creating exceptional experiences for clients, visitors and colleagues every single day.

From welcoming VIP guests and hosting corporate events to ensuring beautifully presented food, immaculate hospitality spaces and outstanding customer service, you'll lead from the front, setting the standard for excellence across every aspect of the operation.

We're looking for someone who brings energy, personality and professionalism. Someone who naturally builds relationships, thrives in a customer-facing environment and takes pride in the details that transform good service into an unforgettable experience.

Working alongside talented chefs and hospitality teams, you'll oversee conference and events, restaurant and hospitality services, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the premium standards we're known for.

If you love hospitality, enjoy being visible, inspire people around you and understand that exceptional experiences are created through outstanding food, service and attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Every day will be different, but you'll be responsible for delivering a first-class hospitality experience from start to finish.

You'll:

  • Lead hospitality, conference and event services across our flagship corporate environment.
  • Be the face of hospitality, confidently hosting clients, senior stakeholders and VIP visitors.
  • Ensure every event is delivered seamlessly with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure food quality, presentation and service consistently exceed expectations.
  • Maintain exceptional presentation standards across all hospitality suites, meeting rooms and dining spaces.
  • Inspire, coach and develop front of house and kitchen teams, creating a culture built around pride, teamwork and exceptional service.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their expectations and exceeding them at every opportunity.
  • Take ownership of hospitality budgets, stock control and financial performance, ensuring commercial success alongside outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service, improve efficiency and maximise revenue.
  • Support food production when required, bringing your understanding of catering operations and food preparation to the wider team.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety and company standards at all times.

What we're looking for

You'll be an experienced hospitality professional who understands what outstanding customer experience looks like and has the confidence to lead teams in delivering it.

You'll have:

  • Experience leading hospitality, conference, events or premium catering operations.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating memorable events.
  • A naturally engaging personality with the confidence to host corporate clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing successful teams.
  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, financial performance and operational efficiencies.
  • A good understanding of food production and kitchen operations. Previous chef or catering experience is essential.
  • The ability to remain calm, organised and hands-on in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety legislation, with IOSH, NEBOSH or equivalent qualifications desirable.
