About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team and play a central role
In creating outstanding customer experiences by providing high-quality food and beverage services across all stages of delivery, from preparation and presentation to service, ensuring clients feel valued and Sodexo’s standards are consistently exceeded.
What you’ll do
- Prepare, present, and serve food and beverages to a high standard across café and hospitality areas.
- Deliver friendly, efficient counter service and operate the till during busy periods.
- Keep counters, tables, and service areas clean, well‑stocked, and guest‑ready at all times.
- Support back‑of‑house tasks (dishwash, equipment and area cleaning to schedule/rota).
- Check deliveries and record temperatures; restock pantries (e.g., milk distribution) as required.
- Handling deliveries manually during unloading operations.
- Follow health, safety, food hygiene procedures.
- Support with ad‑hoc duties and lend a hand across the team to keep service running smoothly.
What you’ll bring
- Great people skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Ability to follow health & safety and food hygiene practices, with high personal presentation.
- Barista experience is desirable but not essential—we’ll provide training for the right person.
- Helpful extras (desirable, not required): Food Hygiene training, COSHH awareness, First Aid.
