Sodexo is seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaner to join our team at a prestigious corporate site in Central London. This role offers an excellent opportunity to play a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for all building users. The successful candidate will take pride in their work, consistently follow established cleaning procedures, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high standards of cleanliness and service

What you’ll do:

• Carry out all cleaning duties as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor or Manager, ensuring tasks are completed to the required standard
• Follow company cleaning methods, colour-coding systems, and all site policies and procedures
• Comply fully with health & safety requirements, including COSHH regulations, and wear the correct uniform and PPE at all times
• Report any faults with cleaning equipment or building defects promptly to the Supervisor or Workplace Manager
• Attend required training, follow reasonable management instructions, and maintain a professional, courteous approach with staff and visitors

What you bring:

• Takes pride in personal hygiene and presents a professional appearance at all times
• Has a basic understanding of cleaning and hygiene practices, with a willingness to learn more
• Self-motivated, positive, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
• Friendly and approachable, with good communication skills and a commitment to excellent service
