Location: South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18
Hours: Part time – 20 hours per week
(Shifts between Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 8:00pm)
Pay: €14.15 per hour

Sodexo is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Hospitality Assistant to join our team at a busy corporate site in Leopardstown. In this role, you will support the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer care.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team, helping to create a welcoming and efficient dining environment that meets both company and client expectations .

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages to company standards
• Deliver a friendly, professional, and efficient customer experience across all service areas
• Set up, replenish, and maintain food counters and tea/coffee stations
• Carry out cleaning duties in line with schedules, including equipment, surfaces, dining areas, and service spaces
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety, hygiene, allergen, and food handling regulations
• Support stock rotation, stock control, and deliveries, following company procedures
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and catering teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Demonstrate flexibility by supporting other areas and assisting during busy periods or events

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in hospitality, catering, or food service is desirable but not essential
• A strong focus on customer service and attention to detail
• Good understanding of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• A positive, professional attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks and service demands
• Willingness to learn and participate in training to maintain high standards
