Deliver exceptional hospitality in a professional environment

Sodexo is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Hospitality Assistant to join our team at a busy corporate site in Dublin.

You’ll play an important role in delivering a professional hospitality service, supporting the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and customer care.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll help create a welcoming and efficient environment for customers, colleagues and clients, while supporting the wider catering operation during busy periods and events.

What you’ll do:

• Assist with the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages to company standards

• Deliver a friendly, professional and efficient customer experience across all service areas

• Set up, replenish and maintain food counters and tea and coffee stations

• Ensure service areas are clean, organised and ready for customers

• Carry out scheduled cleaning of equipment, work surfaces, dining areas and service spaces

• Follow all health & safety, food hygiene, allergen and food handling requirements

• Support stock rotation, stock control and deliveries in accordance with company procedures

• Work closely with the kitchen and catering teams to ensure smooth and efficient daily service

• Provide flexible support across other areas of the operation when required

• Assist with busy service periods, meetings and events as required

What you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering or food service is desirable but not essential

• Strong customer service skills with a professional and welcoming approach

• Good understanding of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Flexible approach with the ability to adapt to changing service requirements

• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Commitment to completing relevant training and maintaining high service standards

Please note: The role is primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional evening work required to support business and hospitality requirements.
