Hospitality & Marketing Manager

London

At Sodexo, we’re passionate about our people. We know that our teams are the key to delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful experiences for our clients, customers, and employees.

Are you passionate about creating exceptional hospitality experiences, bringing brands to life and making customers want to come back for more?

We’re looking for an ambitious and creative Hospitality & Marketing Manager to shape and grow a premium hospitality offer within a prestigious, fast-paced corporate workplace environment in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a distinctive hospitality and marketing programme, raise awareness of the services available and position Sodexo as the preferred hospitality partner across the workplace. You’ll combine commercial thinking, creative ideas and outstanding service delivery to create experiences that engage customers, strengthen client relationships and drive business growth.

Working closely with the Account Manager, Events Manager and Culinary Director, you’ll have the opportunity to influence the direction of the hospitality offer, develop new opportunities and bring fresh ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Shape the vision: Develop and deliver a clear hospitality strategy, marketing plan and annual activation calendar, aligned with client priorities and wider brand programmes.

    • Bring the offer to life: Create compelling hospitality propositions, service menus and promotional campaigns that make it easy for customers to discover, access and enjoy our services.

    • Create memorable experiences: Lead the planning and delivery of high-quality hospitality experiences, from executive meetings and events to seasonal campaigns and workplace activations.

    • Build relationships: Develop strong partnerships with client stakeholders, identify new opportunities and turn customer needs into engaging hospitality solutions.

    • Drive commercial performance: Manage proposals, quotations, pricing, budgets and event reconciliation, ensuring strong financial control and profitable delivery.

    • Champion creativity: Work alongside the Culinary Director to develop exciting, relevant and commercially viable food and hospitality concepts.

    • Lead and inspire: Motivate, coach and develop the team, creating a positive culture focused on quality, accountability and continuous improvement.

    • Measure what matters: Use customer feedback, engagement, revenue and performance data to understand what works and continually improve the offer.

    • Protect our standards: Ensure all activities meet the highest standards of service, food safety, health and safety, compliance and brand presentation.

  • You’ll also work closely with the Events Manager, providing support and operational cover during busy periods and planned absences to ensure a seamless service.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience managing hospitality, events, workplace dining or premium customer service within a corporate or similarly complex environment.

  • A track record of developing and promoting hospitality services, campaigns or customer experiences.

  • A strong marketing mindset, with the creativity to turn ideas into engaging campaigns and clear customer propositions.

  • Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets, pricing, costings, revenue and profit margins.

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and build relationships at all levels.

  • Experience leading, developing and motivating teams to deliver consistently high standards.

  • A proactive, customer-focused approach and a genuine passion for food, hospitality and creating memorable experiences.

  • Good understanding of food safety, health and safety and operational compliance requirements.
