Sodexo is looking for a Hard FM Project Manager to join our team at Merville Barracks, Colchester, CO2 7UT, leading a varied portfolio of projects and lifecycle works across a busy operational estate.
This is a hands-on project management role with significant responsibility. You’ll manage projects from initial scope and planning through procurement, contractor management and delivery to final handover, taking ownership of budgets, programme, quality, compliance and stakeholder communication.
Working closely with the client, MoD stakeholders, contractors and Sodexo operational teams, you’ll need to be confident managing multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining business-as-usual operations.
We’re particularly interested in hearing from Project Managers with experience across Hard FM, construction, building services, refurbishment, maintenance or complex estates who are comfortable managing contractors, budgets and demanding stakeholders.
