Join Sodexo as a Front of House Manager at Belfast Erskine House, BT1 4GF, leading and supporting teams across cleaning, catering, reception, post room. You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service, achieving KPIs, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.
What you will do:Supervise and engage teams across soft FM services.
Maintain service standards in line with SLAs and KPIs.
Support weekly KPI reporting and ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety.
Provide training and guidance to team members.
Step up to cover management responsibilities when needed.
Build strong client and customer relationships.
Ensure stock, equipment, and resources are managed securely.
Experience in cleaning, catering, or front-of-house operations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to standards.
Desirable
Previous supervisory experience.
Knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and MS Office tools.
Problem-solving and leadership skills.
