We're looking for a Front of House & Administration Officer to be the welcoming face of our client's workplace, providing an outstanding visitor experience while supporting the day-to-day running of a busy office. This role combines first-class reception duties with administrative and workplace support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a customer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver a warm, professional welcome to visitors, employees and contractors.
  • Manage visitor registration, security procedures and access badges.
  • Handle telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing office supplies and documentation.
  • Coordinate concierge services such as taxis, couriers and parking requests.
  • Log and monitor facilities issues, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
  • Carry out workplace checks and support compliance activities.
  • Produce reports and contribute ideas to improve service delivery.
  • Support the training and development of Front of House team members when required.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a reception, front of house or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional, friendly and confident approach.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and visitor management systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience within a corporate or regulated environment is advantageous.
