We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our team at Unilever R&D in Bebington. This is a newly created role within the organisation, offering an exciting opportunity to help shape and support the on-site fitness provision.
As a Fitness Instructor, you will play a key role in delivering a safe, welcoming and motivating environment for members. You will be responsible for supporting individuals in achieving their fitness goals while ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are maintained.
Deliver excellent customer service to all gym members
Motivate and support members to achieve their fitness goals
Conduct new member inductions
Design and issue personalised fitness programmes
Plan and deliver fitness classes
Ensure all sessions are delivered safely and inclusively
Assist with risk assessments and follow all health and safety procedures
Ensure all gym equipment is safe and fit for use
Level 3 Personal Training (PT Level 3) qualification
Qualifications in delivering group fitness classes
You will be confident, approachable and passionate about promoting health and wellbeing. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential.
