As a Facility Coordinator with Sodexo, you'll enhance the services of our vibrant corporate site, offering a helping hand to ensure flawless facilities operations and keep things running smoothly.

What you'll do

• To work on a ‘4 on 4 off’ shift pattern 7-days a week.
• To ensure the area is compliant to relevant Health and Safety procedures.
• To ensure that the area is compliant to environmental procedure.
• To ensure that the site rules are observed.
• Has level of understanding and appreciation of Client procedures and Safe Systems of work. To be able to issue Permit to Works. To manage multiple PPM and reactive maintenance tasks.
• IT literate and conversant in the use of Client business systems i.e SAP / Prime / RAP SSOW.
• Able to work on own initiative, be efficient, flexible, reliable, and keen to develop skills and experience.
• To have a full working knowledge of the building including all service.
• To be able to identify basic maintenance tasks and report as required.
• The role holder will be expected to diagnose problems and propose practical solutions. Requires concentration and attention to detail in making judgements based on the analysis of information and experience. Works within well-defined guidelines, may occasionally have to make on the spot decisions to solve a technical problem related to the role holders area of expertise sometimes under ‘live pressurised situations’.
• To support Facility Technicians with routine maintenance.

• Previous experience in a similar client facing role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key
