Facilities Operative

As a Facilities Operative with Sodexo at Johnson & Johnson, Depuy Synthes, Cornford Road, Blackpool, FY4 4QQ, you will play an important part in keeping the workplace clean, safe and welcoming.

You will carry out routine cleaning duties to a high standard, helping to create a pleasant environment for everyone on site. You’ll be part of a supportive team where your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining excellent standards will make a real difference.

What you’ll do

• Carry out routine cleaning tasks across designated areas of the site.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Clean floors, surfaces, communal areas and facilities as required.
• Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies when needed.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow all health, safety and site procedures.
• Report any maintenance, safety or cleaning issues to your supervisor.
• Work as part of the wider facilities team to provide a professional service.

What you bring

• A reliable and positive approach to work.
• Good attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• An understanding of the importance of health, safety and hygiene.
• Previous cleaning experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Package Description

£13.45 per hour

16 hours per week

Monday to Thursday

14:30 to 18:30

Permanent, part-time contract

Site-based at Johnson & Johnson, Depuy Synthes, Cornford Road, Blackpool, FY4 4QQ
