Working Pattern: 5 days per week. Monday to Friday 3pm till 9pm
Pay Rate: £15.50 per hour

About the Role

Sodexo is recruiting an Evening Chef to support catering services at the Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK site in Derby. This role involves preparing and delivering high-quality meals for employees and supporting hospitality requirements within a professional contract catering environment.

The successful candidate will be capable of working efficiently during evening service while maintaining consistently high food quality, safety, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals to a high standard for evening service.

• Ensure all food hygiene, health & safety, and HACCP standards are met at all times.

• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across menu items.

• Support the smooth running of the kitchen during service periods.

• Contribute positively to the kitchen team and daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Chef within a high-volume or contract catering environment.

• Relevant professional cookery or culinary qualifications.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively.

• A clear commitment to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

• A professional, reliable, and team-focused approach.
