An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Manor Park, Twycross — a vibrant and creative working environment. You will play a key role within the site team, leading day-to-day cleaning operations and supporting the on-site cleaning team to deliver a high-quality, professional service. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, pride in presentation and collaboration are essential to maintaining a space that reflects Sodexo’s standards and values.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver and maintain a high standard of cleaning services across the site, providing hands-on support when required.
  • Complete weekly building audits and ensure all work orders are actioned within agreed SLAs.
  • Lead, support, and train the on-site cleaning team, ensuring all required training is completed.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing cover is maintained during planned and unplanned absences.
  • Maintain full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven cleaning experience with a strong focus on exceptionally high standards and attention to detail.
  • Experience working to cleaning schedules and monitoring performance to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Strong customer service skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Experience supervising and working as part of a team, with a hands-on, “can-do” attitude and willingness to support when needed.
  • Good administrative skills and experience working in a similar environment, embracing a collaborative “one team” culture.
