Shape the Future of Digital Dining

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Digital Experience Specialist to enhance the digital journey of users across our corporate dining platforms within a leading global technology client.

This role sits at the intersection of data, user experience, and operational delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring our dining app ecosystem is accurate, engaging, and insight-led — supporting data management, UX optimisation, and digital adoption across Ireland and the UK.

If you enjoy working with data, improving digital experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date food and menu data within the dining app platform
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and UX best practices
  • Audit and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with technical teams

User Experience Optimisation

  • Analyse user interaction data to identify opportunities to enhance the digital journey
  • Partner with UX and technical teams to refine app interfaces and workflows
  • Support user testing initiatives and implement improvements based on feedback

Reporting & Insights

  • Develop and manage performance reporting within digital dashboards (e.g., Dynamify)
  • Produce regular reports highlighting engagement metrics, trends, and actionable insights
  • Present findings to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with culinary, marketing, operations, and technical SMEs across UK & Ireland
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Support the rollout of digital initiatives and innovation projects
  • Contribute to the growth and evolution of the digital dining footprint across the client portfolio

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay informed on emerging digital and UX trends
  • Champion digital adoption across sites
  • Promote a culture of innovation, service excellence, and continuous development

About You

Essential

  • Experience in data management or digital content administration
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to input and audit data accurately
  • Experience analysing data and translating it into clear insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Desirable

  • Experience in UX design, particularly within mobile applications
  • Experience within food service, hospitality, or corporate services environments
  • Familiarity with digital dashboards or BI/reporting tools
  • Exposure to digital project coordination or delivery

What Success Looks Like

  • Accurate, consistent and high-quality app content
  • Measurable improvements in digital engagement and user experience
  • Clear, professional reporting that informs strategic decisions
  • Strong stakeholder relationships and digital adoption across sites
