About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately entering, maintaining, and updating information across company systems and databases.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, supporting business operations, and maintaining high standards of record keeping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into internal systems and databases.
  • Review and verify information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Update and maintain records in line with company procedures.
  • Identify and correct data errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
  • Process documents and information received from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform regular data quality checks and audits.
  • Maintain confidential records and ensure data is handled securely.
  • Support administrative activities as required.
  • Assist with report preparation and data extraction when needed.
  • Respond to requests for information from colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements

Essential

  • Previous experience in a data entry, administration, or office support role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong keyboard and data entry skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of data while maintaining accuracy.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable

  • Experience using CRM, HR, Finance, or ERP systems.
  • Experience working with confidential or sensitive information.
  • Basic reporting and spreadsheet analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of data protection and GDPR requirements.
