We are seeking a professional and reliable Cluster Security Supervisor to join our team supporting the Diageo site at Shielhall. This role is responsible for supervising security operations across the cluster, ensuring the safety of people, property and assets while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Reporting to the Cluster Security Manager, you will support the delivery of security services, oversee daily security operations, and ensure compliance with site procedures and Sodexo standards. This role requires a confident and proactive individual who can manage schedules, prioritise tasks and support the wider security team.
Supervise daily security operations across the site
Support the Cluster Security Manager with team coordination and scheduling
Ensure all security procedures, policies and site protocols are followed
Monitor site access and maintain a secure working environment
Respond to incidents and ensure appropriate action is taken
Maintain accurate records and complete required reports
Support and guide security officers during shifts
Ensure compliance with health & safety and security regulations
Previous experience within a security environment
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
Confident decision-making and the ability to work on your own initiative
Basic PC skills and experience completing reports or logs
Flexible and reliable approach to working patterns
Ability to coordinate schedules and support operational planning
Valid SIA Security Guard Licence
First Aid qualification
Full UK driving licence
Minimum age requirement of 21
Successful completion of Right to Work checks and SIA vetting
£15.05 per hour
