What you'll do

• Lead, motivate and support a team of cleaners to deliver high standards across our site
• Organise daily cleaning schedules, allocate tasks and ensure all duties are completed to the highest standard
• Carry out quality checks and respond to any cleaning issues, ensuring a spotless and welcoming environment
• Support the onboarding, training and development of team members, promoting best practice at all times
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation procedures, helping to maintain a safe environment for colleagues, customers and visitors
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance requirements

What you'll bring

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally with supervisory or team leader responsibilities
• A positive and proactive approach with the ability to motivate and support a team
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment and health and safety procedures
• Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with colleagues, customers and management
