Hours: Full time – 39 hours per week
(Monday to Thursday 3:00pm – 11:30pm, Friday 3:00pm – 10:30pm)
Pay: €17.76 per hour

Sodexo is seeking an experienced and proactive Cleaning Supervisor to lead our evening cleaning operations at a prestigious corporate client site in Leopardstown. This role is key to ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation are consistently delivered.

As a supervisor, you will take ownership of service delivery, support and guide your team, and ensure all cleaning activities are completed efficiently and in line with agreed standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and support a team of cleaning operatives to deliver high-quality cleaning services
• Ensure all areas, including offices, meeting rooms, communal spaces, and washrooms, are maintained to a professional corporate standard
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure completion of daily and periodic cleaning schedules
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits, addressing any issues promptly
• Act as the first point of contact for client requests and operational queries during shift
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including safe use of equipment and materials
• Support with training, onboarding, and development of team members
• Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and report any requirements
• Complete shift handovers, records, and incident reports accurately

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and support others
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high service standards
• Good understanding of health & safety and cleaning best practices
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and respond to operational needs
• Strong communication and organisational skills with a professional approach
