Maintain a professional workplace environment

Sodexo is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Cleaning Operative to join our team at ESB The Sidings in Dublin 2.

Working within a professional office environment, you’ll play an important role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene across the workplace. You’ll work as part of a dedicated team, ensuring offices, shared areas and facilities are consistently maintained to the required standards.

What you'll do:

• Clean and maintain office spaces, communal areas and workplace facilities to a high standard

• Carry out scheduled cleaning duties efficiently and consistently

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation throughout the site

• Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and correctly

• Follow agreed cleaning procedures, health and safety requirements and site standards

• Respond professionally to any additional cleaning requirements during your shift

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the smooth running of the cleaning operation

What you'll bring:

• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial, particularly within an office or corporate environment

• A professional and reliable approach to your work

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards

• Good understanding of workplace cleanliness and hygiene

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills and a willingness to support colleagues

• A flexible and positive approach to your responsibilities
