Maintain high standards in a professional corporate environment

Sodexo is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Cleaning Operative to join our cleaning team at a prestigious corporate site on North Wall Quay.

You’ll play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for employees, customers and visitors. Working as part of the wider cleaning team, you’ll ensure offices, public spaces and facilities are consistently maintained to a high standard.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver a high-quality cleaning service across public areas, offices and other designated areas throughout the building

• Complete daily cleaning tasks in line with agreed schedules and required standards

• Maintain restrooms, kitchen areas and office spaces, ensuring they remain clean, hygienic and presentable

• Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas

• Follow all relevant health, safety, sanitation and cleaning procedures

• Work efficiently to ensure assigned tasks are completed to the required standard

• Attend relevant training to support your ongoing development and maintain professional standards

• Support the wider cleaning team and undertake other reasonable duties as directed by management

What you’ll bring:

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards

• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team

• A reliable, flexible and proactive approach to your work

• Good spoken and written communication skills

• A professional attitude and commitment to providing a consistently high-quality service
